Inc. will be suspending deliveries while we move our production facility
to it's new home in Keota OK. See complete details

Deposits and Payments
A 50% deposit is required at the time of
order, with the balance due at the time of shipment. We accept Visa and
Master Card payments and can also arrange for bank wire transfer of
funds.
Production and Delivery
Schedule
Production and Delivery dates are based on a "First Come,
First Served" basis established at the time of deposit. It is important for customers to place order
deposits to confirm timely delivery dates. If you have any questions, please contact us and we will do our best to
work with you to make sure you have your equipment when needed.
Shipping arrangements can be made through
your own freight forwarding company or through the one of many carriers
of Spider Climbing, Inc. Carriers are selected based on time and charges
at the time of shipment with discounts and benefits pasted on to our
customers. Spider Climbing, Inc. prepares all export documentation for
all international shipments regardless of carrier for our customers
benefit. All documentation is copied to the customer prior to shipping.
Product Warranty Information
Spider Climbing Magnetic Climbing Systems
are warranted by Spider Climbing Inc. to be free of defects in materials
and workmanship for a period of six (6) months from the date of original
purchase in the United States. Spider Climbing Inc. will repair or
replace a product, or part thereof, found by Spider Climbing Inc. to be
defective, provided the defective part is returned to Spider Climbing
Inc., freight-paid, with proof of purchase. This warranty applies to the
original purchaser only and is non-transferable.
RGA Number Required: Prior to the return of any product or parts, a
Return Goods Authorization must be obtained from Spider Climbing Inc. by
writing or calling (918) 966-2193. Each returned part or product must
include a written statement detailing the nature of the claimed defect,
as well as the owner’s name, address, and phone number.
Repaired parts or products that fall outside the terms of this warranty
will be subject to repair costs deemed appropriate by Spider Climbing
Inc. and invoices to the purchaser. Spider Climbing Inc. has a posted
shop rate of fifty ($50) US dollars per hour for equipment repairs, plus
any and all costs for parts replaced.
This warranty is not valid in cases where the product has been abused,
mishandled or used on climbing surfaces other than those wall systems
provided and or approved for use by Spider Climbing Inc. or has been
used in a manner other than that outlined in the Operations Manual. This
warranty is also not valid in cases where unauthorized repairs have been
attempted or performed, or where depreciation of the product is due to
normal wear-and-tear. Spider Climbing Inc. specifically disclaims
special, indirect, or consequential damages or lost profit which may
result from a breach of this warranty. Any implied warranties which
cannot be disclaimed are hereby limited to a term of six (6) months from
the date of original purchase.
Exclusions: Spider Climbing Inc. does not warranty Climbing Gear
Magnetic Cartridges and or Climbing Wall climbing surface finishes due
to wear and tear from climbing activity. Supervision of operational
procedures and owner maintenance are the responsibility of the operator
as specified in the Operations Manual. Any deviation from specified
operational procedures will adversely affect the service life of these
components.
This warranty gives you specific rights. You may have other rights which
vary from state to state.
Spider Climbing Inc. reserves the right to change product specification
or to discontinue products without notice.
