Trailer Mounted Spider Wall
available in Europe

Spider Climbing, Inc.'s
European partners "Action Events", now has a trailer mounted Spider
Climbing Wall available for rent or purchase in the Netherlands. The
trailer weight is 1250 kg and is 9 meters long. The width is 2 meters
and setup time is only 20 minutes by one person. Optional sound system
with speakers at the top of the wall, special lighting, and
left/right banners are also available.

Spider Climbing delivered
it's first Keota produced climbing wall to Portable
Adrenaline in Austin Texas this month. Daryl and Nanda Lentz
have added a new magnetic climbing system to their inventory
for rentals. They find that adding the magnetic wall system
to their already popular mobile rock walls will add
diversity to their offering. In addition it gives those
younger kids who might be intimidated by the high rock wall
an opportunity too!
Basketball and Spider Climbing - A

Spider Climbing kicked off
the new year by providing some interesting entertainment at the Keota
High School Girls JV Basketball Tournament in Keota, Oklahoma. The wall
system was set up in the Gymnasium Lobby where everybody got the chance

Experiences at 2009 IAAPA Expo

Recently some

DVD for Middle School Science
October 2009
Last summer our latest magnetic
climbing system was featured in a Disney Educational Production's DVD on magnetism.
Using Disney designed graphics on the climbing wall and our new climbing
gear, Spider Climbing was the focus for Middle School science students as
to what they can achieve with the use of science and a little imagination. SC
President, Dave Barnes was on the set at Disney Imagineering
Studios for training and consulting with host, Asa Kalama, as
this amazing episode from The Science of Disney Imagineering
series was filmed.

After seeing the finished
product, we would encourage science teachers to get a copy for your
classroom. Not only does the content cover key concepts on magnetism,
but your students will also see how Disney incorporates magnetism

applications.

Spider Climbing is moving to new
production facilities in Oklahoma
September 2009
Keota Oklahoma will soon be
the new home of Spider Climbing, Inc. production facilities. Formerly a
furniture factory, SC plans to breath new life into this complex and
begin upgraded operations by the end of October. SC president Dave
Barnes says, "Moving out of Michigan was a difficult decision, but the
opportunities for our company presented by the State of Oklahoma far out
weighed any nostalgia." This new 7000 sq ft. complex will allow SC to
expand it's production quantities, but also allow for the production of
the new SC vertical wall assemblies, which have been popular through out the
world in new construction entertainment facilities. SC vendors will also
enjoy the new facilities since the west building will be dedicated to
shipping and receiving with it's own loading docks. Building 2 will
feature a 2000 sq ft. paint booth; perfect for large scale custom wall
themes.
Spider Climbing at X-Planet in
Vilnius Lithuania! July 2009
X-Planet
is a new Family Entertainment Center located in the brand new OZAS
Shopping Mall in Vilnius Lithuania. Once again, Spider Climbing
continues to dominate the list of great shopping mall promotions list.
Hundreds packed the grand opening of the X-Planet facility to see what
the Seven Entertainment Group had brought to Vilnius. The X-Magnet
(Double Size Yard Climber Wall) was a key attraction during the event.
X-Planet personnel received safety and operations training the day
before and were quick to pickup on techniques that allowed them to
leverage the success of their first impression to the city of Vilnius.
SCI was proud to play a role in their fantastic turnout's response to
X-Planet.
Spider Climbing goes to Hollywood! New
Disney Imagineering Movie July 2009
Disney
Imagineering, and Disney Education have teamed up to
create a great series for Middle School Science students. Recently
Spider Climbing, Inc. was featured in the their new DVD on Magnetism.
Watch for the release this October. SCI President, Dave Barnes, was
hired as a consultant and was on-set for safety & operations training
and script & scene advice. The video discusses key concepts middle
school science students should understand about magnetism and
prominently features the SCI Yard Climber Wall and climbing gear in an
encouragement to reach higher, and use the best of your imagination when
applying science to our lives and future.

HIT" at the Shopping Mall!

Pro Venture,
a new addition to the list of Spider Wall operators around the world has
perfected the Shopping Mall promotion experience with their gallery
presentation. Packaged as a promotional attraction for the mall,
intrigued shoppers lineup to get a chance to try Spider Climbing. For
those that don't quite have the nerve to try; the magnetic climbing wall
is just as effective as a spectator sport. Erika de Rivera, co-owner in
the two woman team that owns Pro Venture says, "business is so good,
considering we just started this business a year ago, that its time to

Reibus Advertising,
on the other side of the
world in Dubai, has their own twist to using the Spider Climbing
magnetic climbing wall as a promotional tool for shopping malls. Placing
the wall in a key location where shoppers pass is a primary tactic, but
when they added the feature of using a photographer to capture the
climbers experience, they turned it into a memorable event that lasts
forever. Young climbers also had the choice to wear a Spiderman®
costume to really get into the spirit
of the Superhero experience. These are the kind of operators that take
creative application to new heights as they position and grow their
